Our Board of Directors is made up of dedicated volunteers from within our neighborhood. Our current board members are:

HOA DUES PAYMENT DATES
1st quarter – January 1st
2nd quarter – April 1st
3rd quarter – July 1st
4th quarter – October 1st

Dues are $188 per quarter.

ACH /AUTO PAY

The board would like to know if there is interest in the autopay/withdrawal program to pay quarterly dues. Please let Sunstate know if you are interested. Homeowners can sign up for auto pay with their own banks. The Board of Directors will decide about this program based on owner interest.

ARB APPROVAL REQUIRED

Our covenants require ARB approval for repairs, alterations or improvements!
